A 4-block residential development located at Linh Nam, Hoang Mai District. The new faade is designed with the concept of weaving. The external walls are arranged in a manner that they interlock with each other on different levels creating a weaving fabric that wraps around the building structures.

The faade is made up of 3 main components namely solid wall, glass and void. The buildings are transformed from fabric wrapped structures in the day to glowing lanterns in the night. The contrast between shadow and light allows the buildings to have a totally different feel between day and night.

The faade design also employs modular approach by using standard sizes thereby enabling the use of prefabricated components during construction.
