Lach Tray Riverside Residences is a thousand-unit landed housing development comprising homes and shophouses in the vicinity of Cat Be International Airport. The master plan envisioned a dense but conducive living environment whereby green and open spaces are decentralized and located close to individual home.

Inspired by Mondrian art, the faade adopted a non-repetitive rectilinear pattern to create a fresh and contemporary feel while different colours further accentuate the non-uniformity of the faade.
