MIC Complex is an ambitious project with over four hundred thousand square meters of space for office, shopping and apartments. It consists of a 70-storey office tower, a 64-storey apartment tower, five blocks of 40-storey apartments and connected by a 5-storey commercial podium. This landmark project intends to bring vibrancy to this part of the new urban area by creating a community and an environment conducive for living and working.

The 70-torey office tower and the 64-storey apartment tower are linked by sky bridges at some levels and formed a unified twin-tower landmark, which is highly visible from the surrounding environment.
