Inspired by the beauty of Santorini, the redesigned project seeks to create an ambient reminiscence of the Santorini feel in a tropical setting. The project  is consist of 121 hotel rooms, 606 condotel units, 175 villas and a wide range of recreational facilities. The 22-storey condotel and hotel block which is fronting the main road has all condotel units and hotel rooms facing the sea. Villas of various sizes are lined in a sea facing manner to take full advantage of the sea view. A central landscape zone housing green and facilities which is gently slopped allows uninterrupted vista to the sea.
