A major retrofitting project involving the reconfiguration of an existing 8-storey building fronting West Lake to suit the space standards of The Ascott Group and a complete revamp of the building façade. The renovated building yielded a total of 90 units of apartment in Studio, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR configurations. Extensive roof terraces are provided for the 3BR units facing the West Lake to take advantage of the scenic view.  Residents’ amenity such as swimming pool, wading pool, children’s playground, gymnasium and all day dining are provided for the enjoyment of the residents.

Aluminium frames and louvres were introduced to add a light second layer to the façade and served as a privacy screen at the same time. Landscaped foreground and water features were also incorporated to achieve a welcoming front.
